Our client, a multinational FinTech are hiring a forward-thinking Talent Manager to lead global talent strategy. From acquisition to succession, you’ll shape the full talent lifecycle while embedding a high-performance, inclusive culture that powers innovation and growth.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you’ll drive strategic workforce planning, integrate AI into talent practices, and build leadership capability across borders.

    • Build future leadership and specialist pipelines
  • Strategic Workforce Planning & AI Integration
    • Forecast talent needs using data and AI agents
    • Partner with leaders to close capability gaps
  • Contingent Workforce & Vendor Management
    • Oversee policies and vendor relationships for contingent labour
    • Ensure compliance, efficiency, and ROI
  • Skills Mapping & Capability Development
    • Lead organisation-wide skills assessments and gap analyses
