We are partnering with a fast-growing global fintech scale-up. They are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with leadership in Finance, Payments, Product, and Technology to align people strategies with ambitious growth objectives – including post-acquisition integrations, new market entries, and hyper‑scaling of transaction volumes.
Key Focus Areas:
- Workforce planning and talent acquisition for critical roles in finance, risk, compliance, and engineering
- Driving performance management, succession planning, and leadership development in a high‑velocity fintech environment
- Leading change management for integrations and global expansions
- Enhancing employee engagement and retention strategies
- Leveraging HR metrics and predictive analytics to optimise talent costs and productivity
- Ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions while preserving speed and agility
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of HRBP experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or high‑growth SaaS environments
- Proven track record of business partnering with senior leadership
- Strong data‑driven approach with hands‑on experience in HRIS and analytics tools
- EMEA wide experience is highly desirable
- Degree educated, with CIPD, SHRM (or equivalent) certification preferred
