Job Summary

They are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Copywriter. This role is responsible for developing high-quality, original, and impactful creative copy that strengthens global brand storytelling across campaigns, branded content, and key brand initiatives. As a key creative contributor, the role is responsible for developing innovative campaign ideas and creative concepts in collaboration with designers and the Creative Director, delivering work that reflects originality, clarity, and strong creative impact.

While working within an established brand environment, the role is expected to bring bold, agency-style thinking that enhances creative output beyond standard communication and drives stronger audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong, original concepts for campaigns and projects, translating strategic insights into compelling copy and storytelling across digital and integrated platforms.
  • Ensure all written content and campaign messaging meet high creative standards, align with brand tone and client objectives, and are polished for presentation and delivery.
  • Demonstrate awareness of timelines, budgets, and production constraints, crafting ideas and copy solutions that are both impactful and realistically executable.
  • Confidently present and articulate creative concepts, messaging rationale, and copy directions to internal stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and techniques across content, culture, AI, and the broader creative industry to keep work relevant, innovative, and competitive.

Skills and Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in copywriting, content development, or creative campaign ideation within an agency or similarly fast-paced creative environment.
  • A strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate ideas into bold, engaging, and culturally relevant storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of tone of voice, messaging, and brand communication.
  • Strong understanding of branding, campaign development, digital content creation, and integrated storytelling across social, digital, and traditional channels.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside art directors, strategists, and account teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong sense of craft, creativity, and high editorial standards.
