About the Role
This leadership role is focused on building strong relationships with clients and partners, driving revenue across B2B clients, and managing a team. The Head of Client Services will oversee all client relationships, delivering best-in-market service to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead key client and partner relationships, keeping them informed about new developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Oversee client requests and work with all departments for effective delivery
- Lead client meetings to drive performance across product and marketing
- Align business's technological and data capabilities with client needs
- Provide client insight, review data reports, and drive new revenue opportunities
- Monitor and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives for clients
- Attend conferences and industry events
- Develop client and partner growth strategies with the Commercial Partnerships Director
- Oversee training and development of client services team
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills
- More than 5 years of experience managing high-profile clients within a creative or marketing or rewards based product or service agency.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
