We're hiring a Conveyancing Auditor to join a growing legal services business β€” supporting the Head of Department in maintaining compliance, quality, and risk management across the conveyancing function.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows conveyancing inside out and wants to use that experience to drive standards, not just manage files.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting regular file reviews to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
  • Supporting the HoD in monitoring adherence to CLC and SRA regulatory obligations.
  • Identifying risks, compliance issues, and procedural concerns β€” and escalating appropriately.
  • Preparing audit summaries and tracking actions arising from file reviews.
  • Supporting process and compliance improvements across the department.
