Role Overview
We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading accountancy and advisory practice in Northern Ireland for an experienced Personal Tax Senior Manager. This is a senior leadership role with significant client responsibility, strong technical breadth, and clear progression potential within a growing practice.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of personal tax clients
- Review complex personal tax work and drive advisory assignments
- Deliver estate and inheritance tax planning projects
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Build strong, trusted client relationships
- Oversee portfolio profitability and contribute to business development
Candidate Requirements:
- ACA and/or CTA qualified
- Strong personal tax technical background; experience in IHT/estate planning advantageous
- Confident in delivering advice and managing client expectations
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused
