We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business group, which provides the central operations, infrastructure and support for a number of businesses, including a highly regarded law firm.
The Role
This is a varied administrative role, providing support across HR and other teams within the business. The successful candidate will be someone who is naturally organised, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys being a reliable point of support across different areas of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the HR team with day-to-day administration and employee-related processes
- Supporting other teams with administrative and organisational tasks
- Managing incoming calls, emails, post and deliveries, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining accurate records, documents and internal systems
- Preparing, filing, scanning, printing and organising documents and correspondence
- Handling confidential client information, legal documents and correspondence appropriately and in line with GDPR and relevant legal-sector requirements
- Coordinating meetings and other internal arrangements where required
- Supporting onboarding and other people-related administration
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, reliable and proactive, with a genuine ability to keep on top of multiple tasks and priorities. You will ideally have previous experience in an administrative, office support, business support or similar role. We're particularly interested in candidates who:
- Have strong organisational and time-management skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Are confident managing multiple priorities
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Take initiative and can work independently
- Are professional, approachable and reliable
