Contract Type: Permanent Location: Remote (UK-Based) Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adaptive Insights Architect to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you will design, implement, and optimise Adaptive Insights solutions, enabling clients to streamline their financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes. If you are passionate about combining your technical expertise with financial acumen to drive impactful business transformations, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Develop tailored Adaptive Insights solutions to address specific FP&A requirements. Consultative Support: Provide expert insights into FP&A best practices to enhance financial workflows. Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering and system design to training and post-launch support. System Customisation: Configure Adaptive Insights functionalities to maximise efficiency, data integration, and reporting capabilities. Client Education: Deliver engaging training sessions to empower client teams to fully utilise Adaptive Insights. Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Adaptive Insights implementations with broader business strategies. Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improving clients’ FP&A processes through technology, analytics, and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial consulting, with at least 2 years of hands-on Adaptive Insights expertise. Proven success in leading two or more Adaptive Insights implementation projects. Strong knowledge of Adaptive Insights, including model creation, data integration, and reporting. Solid finance background with a deep understanding of FP&A functions. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in training and mentoring clients. Desirable: Adaptive Insights certification. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
