Work from anywhere. Do work that matters.

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Personal Injury Fee Earner to join our client's growing team — fully remote, with genuine flexibility and a competitive salary that rewards your experience.

Whether you're a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or a talented non-qualified fee earner who's built real expertise in PI, we want to hear from you. There is a structured supervision framework in place, so you'll be fully supported from day one regardless of your qualification status.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload of personal injury matters, predominantly fast track claims with a number of intermediate track cases mixed in. You'll be comfortable taking ownership of files from instruction through to resolution, keeping clients informed and progressing matters efficiently.

Day-to-day you can expect to be:

  • Running a caseload of fast track and intermediate track PI claims
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, and correspondence
  • Negotiating settlements and liaising with insurers and opposing solicitors
  • Keeping clients updated with clear, empathetic communication
  • Working within portal and litigation processes as required

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a specific set of letters after your name — what matters is that you know how to run PI files well and you take pride in the service you give clients.

You might be:

  • A qualified solicitor or CILEX member with PI experience
  • A non-qualified fee earner with a proven track record handling PI claims
  • Someone who's worked in a volume PI environment and is ready for more autonomy
  • Comfortable managing your own diary and working independently from home

You'll have a solid understanding of the PI litigation process, the pre-action protocols, and the CPR — and you'll know how to move a file forward without hand-holding.

What We Offer

  • £38,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
  • Fully remote — work from wherever works best for you
  • Structured supervision and support (ideal if you're non-qualified or newly developing)
  • A stable, manageable caseload — no race-to-the-bottom volume pressure
  • A collaborative team culture, even at a distance
  • Clear progression opportunities as the firm grows
