Technical Writing + Communication Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is the management of internal and external communications, with a focus on technical aspects of writing within the Group . The person in this roll champions language change and adoption within the group and leads on tone, style and language. This includes managing internal and external voice of the company where able. As a member of the Marketing team, this roll oversees the publishing of our internal communication, Monthly Wrap; developing and managing information pages on our external facing marketing website e.g., vulnerable clients content; development of sales aids and buying guides (including print and publishing). Document management forms a significant part of this role including updating forms and user guides .Fundamental to this role is attention to detail, accuracy, consistency and good understanding of financial services sector.
