We are looking for a confident candidate who thrives in a fast paced environment, looking to exceed in a global business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes
Process high volumes of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
Prepare payment runs and liaise with suppliers regarding payment queries
Support month-end close and reporting tasks
Mentor junior AP staff and support process improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience in an accounts payable role, ideally for at least 3 years
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices
Proficient with accounting software and Excel
