Pensions Technical Support – 12 month contract likely to go to permanent Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest. We are currently partnered with a local council to support on the McCloud Remedy which initially, would be a 12-month placement with a view to go permanent. Role & Responsibilities: Review, develop and implement changes within the word integration and work flow platforms in the pensions software system To provide support to scheme members, scheme employers on complex cases Manage the training officers and technical officer Maintain and develop strong knowledge of legislation and policy changes Essential Criteria: Prior experience with delivering training Experienced in interpreting, understanding, and ensuring compliance with complex pension legislation, effectively communicating insights Must have LGPS experience This role can be fully remote, with the expectation of attending an office once per fortnight and additional travel when you would be expected to deliver training in person.
