Job Description
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Defined Benefit pensions? We have an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team delivering a wide range of client-facing and internal Pension change projects.
In this role, you'll work on a diverse portfolio including GMP equalisation, buy-in readiness, benefits rectification, mergers and scheme wind-ups. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the business, clients, and external organisations to drive high-quality outcomes and add real value.
What you'll be doing:

Leading and managing projects to deliver on time, within scope and budget

Building detailed project plans and governance frameworks

Facilitating workshops, leading calls, and managing stakeholders at all levels

Tracking and monitoring project progress, risks, and actions

Driving continual improvements and ensuring operational efficiency
What we're looking for:

Strong experience in UK Defined Benefit Pensions

A proven track record of successful project delivery in a client-facing environment

Prince2 (or similar qualification) desirable – or the willingness to gain this

Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead workshops and stakeholder discussions

Proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
