About the Role
Our client ate looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual to join their firm with responsibility for monitoring and analysing legislative developments. You’ll ensure business practices remain compliant and well-informed, contribute to the development of both existing and new product solutions, and support the growth of team capability through coaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to both private sector and public service clients.
- Research and interpret legislative changes affecting pensions and employee benefits.
- Draft and peer-review internal and client communications within agreed deadlines.
- Prepare and review technical responses to enquiries from staff and clients.
- Ensure team-owned materials and communications are accurate and up to date.
- Identify opportunities to enhance technical resources and proactively implement improvements.
- Mentor and coach team members, sharing expertise and guiding development.
- Assess and recommend training needs across the wider business.
