Working with one of the most established Financial Services firms in the UK you will work with a portfolio of valued clients, providing expert advice and hands-on support, while also playing a key role in developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, including day-to-day administration, reporting, and technical support.
• Provide high-quality client service and respond to queries efficiently and professionally.
• Stay up to date with market developments and product knowledge through regular engagement with insurers.
• Build and maintain a targeted prospect list for new business opportunities.
• Manage policy renewals and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

About You

• Ideally studying towards a Diploma in Insurance, IF7 or GR1
• Strong understanding of risk and healthcare benefits products and industry practices.
• Awareness of current and upcoming financial legislation and regulation.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.
