Transformation Project Manager Based Brighton 12 month FTC c£65k plus benefits. Alexander Lloyd are partnering with this fast-paced retailer to source an HR Project Manager to lead the creation, planning, and execution of transformation projects aimed at enhancing global innovation and product development processes. This includes the selection and implementation of project management technologies and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Duties include:

  • Develop and implement a project plan to transform the end-to-end innovation and product launch process, including the deployment of project management technologies and tools.
  • Ensure that all relevant internal and external stakeholders are engaged and onboarded to the project.
  • Manage interdependencies, risks, and opportunities, ensuring that timelines and costs of change are maintained according to plan.
  • Lead business development efforts and obtain necessary approvals where required.
  • Track project progress by identifying and mitigating risks, while ensuring adherence to milestones.
  • Produce reports that analyze project performance and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Establish project governance to ensure that stakeholders, including leadership, are aware of the project’s status and risks.
  • Lead all necessary meetings, including Steering Committee meetings, project meetings, and financial reviews.
  • Develop a clear communication plan for internal and external stakeholders within the Operations function.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Propose initiatives to enhance our effectiveness and impact.

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager with formal PM experience and an exposure to agile working. Transformation experience is essential, as is the ability to engage with employees and stakeholders to take them on the journey. Previous use of Monday.com would be advantageous.
