Contract - Permanent

Location - London/Hybrid (3 days office)

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a Global Professional organisation on the recruitment of an HR Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR for corporate functions, your main areas for responsibility will be Talent Management, Performance Management, Career Management whilst incorporating DE&I Initiatives. This is a full HR Generalist role and will support the firms strategic priorities.

You will need excellent stakeholder management at senior level as you support the Firms partners to create the people strategy, coach and support partners, create a pathway for high performers and much more.

For this particular role we require previous experience in a similar large complex matrix professional services organisation (Law, Accountancy etc).

You will need to have experience of dealing with senior stakeholders, challenge the norm and provide solutions.

This organisation offers excellent hybrid working of 3 days office 2 from home and their offices are conveniently located near Liverpool street London. They have on site gym, subsidised cafeteria, on site dentist, doctor, massage therapist, coffee bar and much more. They have an excellent social gathering calendar and really care about their people. The salary is very attractive and will suit candidates with a number of years experience at Manager/BP level.
