The Role
We’re looking for a forward-thinking HR Manager to help shape the future of our people strategy. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll lead a small HR team and work closely with senior leaders to deliver initiatives that support growth and strengthen our culture. From recruitment and retention through to engagement, L&D, and D&I, this role gives you scope to make a real impact and introduce innovative, tech-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR Director and leadership team to deliver the HR strategy
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for key roles across the business
- Drive employee engagement through surveys, feedback, events, and values-led initiatives
- Support learning and development via PDPs, training programmes, coaching and mentoring
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, including data reporting and action planning
- Research and introduce AI-driven solutions to improve HR processes
- Promote a strong culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
About You
- CIPD qualified with 5+ years’ generalist HR experience
- Strong track record in recruitment, L&D, retention and reward
- Inspirational leader and coach with a positive, energetic style
- Excellent communicator, influencer, and relationship builder
- Adaptable, solutions-focused and curious about new ways of working
