Are you a skilled leader with deep pensions expertise and a passion for governance, compliance, and policy? We’re looking for a Policy & Technical Team Lead to head a team of talented consultants delivering exceptional service to a newly acquired Pension scheme.
In this pivotal role, you’ll:
âś… Lead and develop a high-performing Policy & Technical Team.
âś… Ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations, and government directives.
âś… Represent the team at the Policy & Technical Working Group alongside the client.
âś… Take ownership of policy and technical casework, horizon scanning, and risk management.
âś… Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, HMT, HMRC, The Pensions Regulator, and other key partners.
âś… Drive quality, improvement, and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings proven leadership experience within the Pensions field.
- Understands public service pensions, governance, and compliance frameworks.
