ALEXANDER LLOYD are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic, fast growing business based near Leatherhead, Surrey on the hire of a newly created FP&A Analyst position. The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and analysis by maintaining and updating financial models, analysing project performance, and providing insights to support decision-making. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders across finance, development, operations, and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial data and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial models for new and ongoing development projects.
- Collect data from project teams to track and analyse financial performance.
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to support financial decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and provide accurate reforecasts.
- Assist with year-end processes and quarterly financial updates.
- Work closely with finance, development, operations, and commercial teams.
- Present financial insights to management and stakeholders.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to internal teams and partners as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Effective communication skills, including presenting financial information to non-finance audiences.
