About the Role: Our client are are expanding their Flexible Benefits Team and seeking a dedicated new team member to provide outstanding service to their corporate clients and their employees. In this role, you will deliver technical consultancy, project management, and end-to-end support for employee benefits schemes. What we need from you: You should have knowledge of Flexible Benefit systems implementation processes. You should have knowledge of data interfacing and understanding on the requirements gathering process and ability to create data specifications. You should ideally have a good working knowledge of employee benefits market which can range from traditional Group Risk and Healthcare products such as life assurance, medical and dental insurance to wellbeing and salary sacrifice benefits.
