Role – ER Advisor

Contract – Permanent

Location – Surrey (2 days office 3 from home)

Salary – £45,000 – £50,000

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting an SME in the professional services sector on the recruitment of an HR Advisor leading on Employee Relations.

Joining a HR Function of 6 this role will be responsible for HR Generalist and most importantly all ER queries. You will provide advice and guidance to number of stakeholders across different business lines and be responsible for up-skilling and running seminars on Employee Relations and UK Employment Law.

This is more of a client facing / consultant role so you will need to have th ability to build long lasting strong relationships with multiple stakeholders adapting where necessary to meet different needs.

You will have / need:-

·Excellent knowledge of ER and UK Employment law

·Ability to build relationships with different stakeholders

·A number of years performing at Advisor/HRBP level

·Confidence to present webinars / hold seminars on ER issues

·Proactive in attending Employment Law events and setting up training sessions to upskill the clients

·CIPD Qualified

This organisation offers hybrid working of 2 days office (Tuesday and Thursday in Surrey) 3 from home.

The salary on offer is between £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
