We are currently working with a leading employee benefits consultancy to support their search for an Associate Consultant & Consultant to join their small business solutions team. This is a fantastic time to join this organisation and as they continue to evolve and develop, there are huge amounts of opportunity to progress throughout the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing portfolio of clients consulting across PMI and/or Group Risk schemes
- Identify potential opportunities for new business (cross & up selling)
- Be the first point of contact for all of your clients
Essential Criteria:
- Must have prior Employee Benefits experience
- Ability to effectively manage clients
This role can be remote based with the expectation of attending an office at least once per month.
