An established Employee Benefits firm are currently looking for a motivated and client-focusedGroup Risk & PMI Account Managerto manage and grow their portfolio of Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance (PMI) clients.In this role, you will deliver outstanding service to clients, ensure schemes are administered accurately, and identify opportunities to expand relationships through cross‐selling wider employee benefits solutions.You will work closely with the Head of Group Risk & PMI and the wider consulting team to drive business growth while maintaining high standards of client service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support all Group Risk and PMI clients within your assigned portfolio.Respond to client queries promptly and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.Provide technical guidance and excellent client service to maintain strong relationships.Identify opportunities to grow accounts through cross‐selling and referrals.Business DevelopmentContribute to achieving individual, team, and company sales targets.Proactively identify new opportunities within Group Risk and PMI.Operational SupportAssist the consulting team with quotes, reporting, and client servicing tasks.Monitor and manage a shared administration mailbox to ensure requests are processed within agreed turnaround times.Maintain accurate client and supplier records and ensure CRM systems are kept up to date.Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, compliance, and information security requirements.Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless service to clients.Contribute ideas and initiatives to help grow the Group Risk and PMI portfolio.Skills & Experience We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about client service.Previous experience inaccount management within Group Risk and PMI .Experience managing aB2B client portfolio .Proven ability to work towardssales targets and KPIs .Strong technical knowledge of theGroup Risk and PMI market .Experience usingprovider portals and administration systems .IF7 and GR1 accreditation .Knowledge of the wideremployee benefits market .Whats in it for you?
