Role responsibilities
- Manage a strong and established team responsible for supporting with the delivery of projects within the Master Trust proposition, particularly BAU project work such as scheme events and client driven exercises.
- Allocate and manage the daily workload, review team performance, provide training and mentoring when required and complete regular one to ones with your team.
- Plan, lead, prioritise and manage the day to day delivery of a portfolio of Pension projects.
- Support the Administration Manager and Operations Manager on ensuring the proposition remains at the forefront of the industry and plan for future needs.
Role requirements
- Strong Pension scheme knowledge particularly across Defined Contribution and/or Master Trust arrangements.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management capacity within the Pensions industry.
- A proven and collaborative management style with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
