We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Credit Controller to join a dynamic finance team. You’ll play a key role in managing the credit control function, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage the sales ledger and chase outstanding debts
• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts
• Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of invoicing issues
• Prepare regular reports on aged debt and cash flow forecasts
• Support month-end and year-end processes

About You:

• Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good working knowledge of Excel and financial systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organised with strong time-management skills
