Overview
Credit Control Manager – Office Based, Crawley. We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a growing team in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and dialler system expertise to make a real impact within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the credit control team to achieve collection targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Optimise and manage dialler strategies to improve customer contact rates and performance.
- Monitor and report on aged debt, cashflow, and collection KPIs.
- Work closely with senior management to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and support team members to achieve personal and business objectives.
