Client Service Specialist

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established employee benefits consultancy that have a strong reputation in the market to support their search for a Client Service Specialist to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Delivering client support across PMI and related products such as dental, travel, EAPs, health screening, and cash plans.
  • Efficiently manage client queries and support consultants with renewals and insurer switches.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication of scheme renewals and maintain MI reporting.
  • Supporting tenders and new business
  • Build strong insurer and internal team relationships

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have prior PMI/Healthcare administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This role would be hybrid to a London office, with flexibility on the amount of days you attend.
