The Role
We’re currently supporting a high-growth, Private Equity-backed business in the search for a technically strong Group Financial Controller to join the organisation on a permanent basis. This is a key leadership role within the finance function and an urgent hire, offering the opportunity to play a central role in a complex, fast-scaling business. The role would suit someone with a Big 4 background (or equivalent) who enjoys operating in dynamic environments and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of group reporting, consolidations, and monthly close
- Leading technical accounting matters, including IFRS, audit, and statutory reporting
- Managing relationships with external auditors and advisors
- Supporting the business through continued growth, change, and value-creation initiatives
- Helping to strengthen and scale financial controls, processes, and systems
- Acting as a key finance partner to the senior leadership team
