Alexander Lloyd are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join an established Pension Administration firm on a fully remote basis. The role will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to both members and clients across Defined Benefit (DB) and some Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes.

The role will focus on ensuring service excellence, supporting team development, and handling more complex pension administration tasks.

  • Service member and client queries relating to DB and DC pension schemes
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards are consistently met
  • Proven experience in administering occupational pension schemes
  • Experience coaching and supporting junior team members
