Are you an experienced employee benefits professional looking to take your career to the next level? Our client is seeking a Client Account Executive to join their expanding firm. This role plays a key part in supporting the service delivery of client accounts, developing trusted relationships, and ensuring benefit programs are expertly managed from strategy to placement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advise clients on benefit requirements, insurer services, coverage options and pricing
- Manage day-to-day servicing to support retention and growth of client accounts
- Prepare risk specifications, run data audits, manage scheme accounting, and handle ad-hoc consulting
- Coordinate timely renewals and ensure effective market reviews and policy placements
- Investigate service disruptions and liaise with carriers to implement resolutions
- Contribute to the development of strong insurer relationships
- Ensure all compliance and internal control requirements are met
- Oversee claims and underwriting activities for assigned clients
- Collaborate with other Lockton specialist teams to deliver seamless client service
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in SME benefit broking or consulting
- Deep understanding of healthcare and group risk insurances (ideally both)
- Outstanding client relationship and communication skills
