We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join a finance team in Redhill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in management accounting while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and investigating variances
- Preparing journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Assisting with financial reporting and analysis for senior management
- Supporting year-end audits and liaising with external auditors
- Ad-hoc finance projects as required
About You
- Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or working towards qualification
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
