Acquisitions Accountant

This role will be part of the acquisitions team and will include from the identification stage of a new acquisition including financial analysis and financial modelling through to integration of the new acquisition. Management accounting related to the subsidiaries. Support year end preparation of subsidiaries.

Direct communication with the CEO and wider finance team you will certainly enjoy a varied and unique role.

With acquisitions in double figures over the last few years there are no signs of them slowing down.

Salary ranging between £45,000-£55,000 plus benefits, hybrid working is available. Surrey location.

This is a busy role where you will definitely learn and grow!

The Person

• Qualified Accountant / PQ Qualified by experience
• Recent audit experience is essential
• Financial accounting skill set
• Book-keeping/ audit/ management accounts preparation experience
• Good excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
