Base pay range: London (Hybrid Working – 4 Days in Office, 1 WFH) Up to £40,000
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Reconcile accounts and manage general ledger entries
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and timely
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
- Proven experience in an accounting role within the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
