Key Responsibilities

  • Management of your office's client payroll function, working flexibly to meet deadlines.
  • Responsible for the management of all hub team members, including day to day line management, ongoing support and oversight, attainment of KPIs, appraisals etc.
  • Plan and organise client payroll processing according to client wages and salaries payment deadlines, allocating payroll client portfolios to team members appropriately.
  • Maintain own technical and professional standards to highest level.
  • Take a lead role in training and developing including on the job training for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management procedures, ethical and data protection standards.
  • Responsible for New Payroll Client engagement processes.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relations, and provide technical payroll support for both payroll and non-payroll clients.
