**Key Responsibilities:**

– Manage day-to-day finance operations, from transactions to year-end closure.

– Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.

– Drive cash flow forecasts, budgeting, and reforecasting.

– Ensure VAT compliance and handle statutory requirements.

– Collaborate with external accountants and support strategic initiatives.

– Oversee VAT, tax, and payroll processes, and bank reconciliations.

– Lead finance projects and process enhancements, including AP, AR, and general ledger.

**What Were Seeking:**

– Extensive financial accounting experience, particularly in SME environments.

– Proficiency in Xero and Excel

– A proactive and organized professional comfortable with hands-on responsibilities.

– AAT/CIMA/CIMA qualification preferred, though QBE or part-qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
