Are you looking for a varied PR Account Manager role with an entrepreneurial and highly reputable Financial Services PR agency? The agency has a work from home policy, with a couple of days a week in London to meet clients and colleagues. This is a chance to work with a broad portfolio of leading clients on interesting and intellectually stimulating subject matters in the Financial Services space.
This role is an excellent opportunity for either an established PR Account Manager or a Senior Account Manager. You will provide strategic consultancy to C-suite executives, financial services calendar work, content generation, media relations, thought leadership and advocacy/stakeholder engagement programmes.
In addition to managing existing client programmes, as Senior Account Manager you will work closely with the senior management team to generate new business and revenue streams. You will have the opportunity to devise and implement the PR/communications programmes for a mix of clients across a broad range of financial services clients.
You will have solid, proven experience in PR ideally within an agency environment and be someone who can demonstrate their ability to create, implement and manage integrated PR campaigns, manage digital channels, organise and manage back-office processes. You should have strong communication skills (both presentation and written), impressive emotional intelligence and interpersonal expertise.
You should be passionate about the media (including social media), have flair for creativity, strategic thinking and innovation. Additionally, you should demonstrate commercial awareness and experience in building influential networks.
On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, but as a Senior Account Manager, there may be a need to work irregular hours or overtime to meet client deadlines, manage a client crisis or press launch, attend networking events and social occasions with clients. There's a bonus and in the longer term potential to become a Partner.
