About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Marketing Officer to join a rapidly growing international B2C organisation operating across multiple global markets.
Reporting to the executive leadership team, this Group-level position offers the opportunity to shape and deliver the global marketing strategy, drive customer growth, and lead a sizeable international marketing function.
The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic leadership, digital expertise, commercial acumen, and brand development experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the group's global marketing strategy.
Lead brand and multi-brand positioning across international markets.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
Oversee digital, performance, and growth marketing activities.
Lead creative, communications, and content strategies.
Optimise CRM, customer insights, marketing technology, and data-driven decision making.
Build, develop, and lead high-performing international marketing teams.
Partner with senior stakeholders to support overall business growth objectives.
Candidate Requirements
10+ years' experience in senior B2C marketing leadership roles.
Proven experience operating at CMO, Marketing Director, or equivalent executive level.
Strong background in global, multi-market and multi-brand environments.
Demonstrable success in customer acquisition, growth, and performance marketing.
Commercially focused with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
Experience leading large, geographically dispersed marketing teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, customer data, and marketing technology.
