A leading manufacturer of Material Handling equipment is looking to on-board a new Site Engineer to maintain a fleet of trucks on a customer site in Northfleet. Responsibilities
- Servicing a fleet of Material Handling equipment on a customer site in Northfleet focusing on forklift trucks
- Fixing and servicing other, related & specialist equipment to include side-loaders, agricultural equipment and plant equipment
- Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way on customer site
- Adhering to both the company's and customer's health & safety policies whilst working on site
Requirements
- The company have a preference for an individual from a forklift truck background due to the requirements of the role, however this is not essential.
- They will also consider candidates with a background working within a closely related industry such as plant equipment, automotive, commercial vehicles or similar.
- You will be able to work well on your own and as part of a team whilst being able to develop your skillset and learn as you go.
- In terms of location, you will need to be based within commutable distance of Northfleet.
