ALEXANDER JAMES RECRUITING are currently working with an industry leading provider of Heavy Plant equipment looking to on-board a new Technician to service their client base across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. With a competitive basic salary and a number of other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Plant Technician looking to get into a new company.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing plant equipment for a client base across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas
- Carrying out pre-delivery inspections and preparing attachments for customers
- Travelling to customer sites across the region as and when required
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Representing the company in a professional manner whilst on customer sites
- Carrying out all related service paperwork
- Working closely with the department manager and the sales team to ensure the service is provided efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Plant Technician with a variety of types of plant equipment
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Plant Maintenance
- Ability to work well independently and have good customer facing skills
- Full, clean UK driver’s license
- Based within commutable distance of Gloucester
Benefits:
- Competitive salary dependent on experience (Up to £42,000)
