A leading supplier of pallet racking & storage systems is looking to grow their projects/sales department and bring on a new Project/Sales Coordinator to assist with project delivery and sales quotes. With a competitive basic and a good overall package, this is a great opportunity for an individual working within the racking industry looking to get into a new role.
Responsibilities:
- Following up on in-bound sales leads and enquiries for racking & storage products
- Preparing sales quotations and cost estimations for customers whilst advising and making recommendations based on your experience and product knowledge
- Creating project schedules through evaluating material availability and managing client expectations
- Using AutoCAD software to prepare sales drawings
- Working closely with clients and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered effectively and travelling to site when needed
- Assisting with other areas of the business as and when required
Requirements:
- Strong background in the Racking & Storage industry with an understanding of projects
- Experience in sales, project management, design, installations, coordinating or any other role within the industry
- Strong grasp of health & safety practices within the industry
- Confident communicator
- Full, clean driver’s license
- Must be based within commutable distance of Wakefield as the role will be office based
