Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a fast growing provider of specialist, autonomous robotics software seeking a dynamic, international sales person to service, develop and grow their client base across Germany. With an excellent package on offer, this is a fantastic opportunity for a highly commercial and technical sales professional with German language skills to develop their career in a high growth sector.
Responsibilities
- Work specifically with a variety of German customers providing specialist robotics software and hardware solutions.
- Develop relationships with varied stakeholders to include system integrators, OEMs and end users.
- Manage relationships from the UK but travel to Germany as 30-40% of your role.
- Work with customers in a variety of sectors to include warehousing and logistics, defence, mining and agriculture.
- Generate monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline.
- Provide a strong understanding of safety IO systems and a general awareness of product safety and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will be a highly consultative sales professional with the ability to work with C-Level customers across a variety of industries.
- Given our client’s solutions are effective within warehousing and logistics, mining, agriculture, defence and more, the specific background for the role is relatively open ended.
- However, you must possess the ability to understand or show the aptitude to understand Safety IO systems and have a strong appreciation of the importance of safety and risk mitigation.
- Individuals from an automation background, whether industrial or warehouse, would suit this position highly.
- Given the role is managing German businesses, it is essential you’re at the very least proficient in the language and ideally will have managed German customers.
