ALEXANDER JAMES RECRUITING is currently looking for an experienced sales professional to work for a well-established supplier of various specialist commercial vehicle and material handling products to cover and develop their client base across the South East and East Anglia. With a package to include a competitive salary and commission scheme as well as a competitive car allowance, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical sales person looking to take on a new role.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing an existing client base across the South East and East Anglia.
  • Business development across these areas in selling a variety of specialist heavy/big trucks.
  • Providing a consultative approach to customers and providing product demonstrations from time to time.
  • Take responsibility for region revenue stream and overall growth.
  • Sell the company range of maintenance products and cooperate effectively with the service team.

Requirements:

  • Our client is seeking an individual with a strong appreciation of capital equipment products in respect of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • You will preferably have experience of selling material handling equipment, agriculture, commercial vehicles or similar.
  • Other industries will also be considered as long as the candidates applying have a strong sales record as well as evidence of selling a technical product.
  • Technical candidates with a strong aptitude for capital equipment may also be considered for the role, provided they can show that they are ready to take on a sales position.
  • The area is predominantly the South East and East Anglia, but also includes Greater London.
