A well-established, expanding material handling company is looking to recruit a new field-based forklift service engineer to service their client base across the Great Yarmouth & East Coast areas. Responsibilities:
- Servicing forklifts for businesses around the Great Yarmouth & East Coast areas
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and product installations
- Working on other material handling equipment to include pallet trucks and reach trucks where necessary
- Reporting to the Service Manager to ensure all equipment servicing is carried out efficiently
- Coordinating with the customers, resolving any queries to the customers’ satisfaction
Requirements:
- The company has a preference for an individual from a forklift truck background ideally with experience of working in field service.
- You will be able to work well on your own with your own initiative and have good customer facing skills.
- Ultimately, the company is after an individual with the right attitude and work ethic.
- In terms of location, you can be based anywhere around the Great Yarmouth & East Coast areas.
