Alexander James Recruiting is currently looking for a professional Product Demonstrator to work for a well-established supplier of various agricultural equipment to assist their sales team with purchases at their depot and across the Midlands & Home Counties. With a package to include a competitive salary as well as a company car this is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about farming & agriculture equipment to take on a new role.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, moving, installing and demonstrating agricultural machinery to required customers/audiences across your trading territory.
  • Carry out handovers to both businesses and consumers for products to include tractors, combine harvesters and other agricultural equipment.
  • Cooperate effectively with the sales, service and parts team to prepare machines for demonstration and delivery.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned and prepared to the highest standard.
  • Attend various agricultural shows and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will be an individual with a strong appreciation, passion and experience of various agricultural equipment having operated them to some level.
  • You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
  • The successful individual will be given a strong induction and training but ultimately will need a background within agriculture.
  • In terms of location, you will preferably be based within Oxfordshire as you will be required to attend the depot regularly.
