ALEXANDER JAMES RECRUITING is currently working with an innovative international manufacturer of warehouse robotics products seeking a new Projects Engineer to support the sales team in providing AMR solutions. With excellent potential within a worldwide industry leading company, this is a great opportunity for a driven and experienced individual with industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out project work alongside the Project Manager and to the requirements of the project plan.
- Developing site layouts for clients across the UK & Ireland and supporting staff across Europe when needed.
- Commissioning AMRs for clients, delivering technical training and advice throughout the process.
- Overseeing contractors on site and liaising with site management throughout the project.
- Developing a high level of understanding of the company’s product range and uses.
- Travelling to customer sites across the UK & Ireland as well as Europe when needed.
Requirements:
- The company are looking for an individual with experience within the warehouse robotics industry working within a technical role.
- It is essential that you have an understanding of robotics, ideally having an understanding of AMRs, warehouse logistics and experience using autoCAD and programming software.
- Having exceptional communication skills in both English and Mandarin is a must as you will be dealing with customers and internal staff on a daily basis.
- Within this role, you will be expected to work across the UK and Ireland mostly, so you can be based anywhere within these countries.
- There will be an expectation to travel internationally when required.
