Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading automation provider who require a new technical sales person to develop their client base across the South East and surrounding areas. With excellent commission potential, this is a great opportunity for technically minded sales professionals looking to step into the automation sector with huge opportunities longer-term.
Responsibilities
- Visit existing businesses across the South East and surrounding areas
- Develop new business in the sales of warehouse lifting and carousel solutions
- Carry out site surveys and consult the customer on their requirements, carrying out assessment, reports and recommendations
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions
- Develop a clear understanding of the business's automation solutions
Requirements
- Experience of working within the industrial sphere either in a sales or engineering capacity
- Preferably have been within a warehouse environment having sold automation or a closely associated product such as racking, forklift trucks or general material handling
- Technically minded
- Ambitious individuals from other industries with a solid background within a sales environment will also be considered
- Ability to work well on your own initiative
- Interest in the product range and drive to sell successfully
- Ideally located across the South East/surrounding areas
Benefits
- Competitive basic salary dependant on experience (Up to £45k)
