A UK based manufacturer & distributor of warehouse racking & automation products is seeking a project management professional to oversee project delivery across the UK. With a competitive salary and overall package, this is a great opportunity for an experienced technical project manager working within intralogistics or a related industry.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects to fit customers’ requirements for racking, automation and other related products.
- Creating project plans to fit with the expectations of the company’s clients; liaising with them throughout the duration of the project.
- Working closely with manufacturers of racking and automated products, flagging up any issues throughout the timeline of project delivery.
- Overseeing cost management and working with external contractors to maximize the efficiency of project completion.
- Visiting sites regularly across the UK to liaise with clients and oversee project progress.
Requirements
- Experience of managing projects within the Racking & Storage sector is ideal, but strong project management candidates from other industries such as fit outs, fabrication, shopfitting or similar could also be of interest.
- The ideal candidate would be based within commutable distance of West Yorkshire as there will be an expectation to work from the office.
- A full UK driver’s license is required as the position will involve national travel.
Benefits
- Base salary of up to £55,000 (Depending on experience).
- Company car.
- 23 days holiday statutory.
