Alexander James Recruiting is currently looking for a driven sales professional to work for a well-established supplier of various agricultural equipment to cover and develop their client base across Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire. With a package to include a competitive salary and commission scheme as well as a company car, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson looking to take on a new role.

Responsibilities:

  • Looking after a strong, existing customer base within agricultural equipment.
  • Business development across Oxfordshire selling tractors and other agricultural products.
  • Providing a consultative approach to customers and assist product demonstrations from time to time.
  • Take responsibility for region revenue stream and overall growth.
  • Sell the company's range of products and cooperate effectively with the service and parts team.

Requirements:

  • You will ideally have some experience in a sales role before, preferably with a background in agricultural machinery or another background within agriculture and some experience with equipment to include tractors and combine harvesters.
  • However, they may be open to individuals from other capital equipment backgrounds to include construction machinery/material handling or agriculture professionals from another arena.
  • Crucially, you will be motivated by meeting targets with the drive and focus to look to commit to a long-term role.
