The Role
We are seeking a driven and talented Sous Chef, ideally with a 3‑rosette background, to help AG’s Restaurant and support our Reflections Restaurant teams in achieving their goals. You will have the drive, determination and skills to help the Head Chef achieve 3 Rosette standard for our AG’s Restaurant and 2 Rosette standard for our Reflections Restaurant. This is an opportunity to join our new Executive Chef and be part of a kitchen team with genuine ambition, where creativity, precision, and consistency are at the heart of everything we do.
- Support the Head Chef in delivering food to a 3 Rosette standard using fresh local produce and seasonal ingredients.
- Lead and inspire the team in day‑to‑day service.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation and consistency.
- Contribute to menu development and innovations.
- Drive, train, develop and coach the team to success.
Working 5 shifts per week, 45 hrs per week.
About You
- Proven experience in 2‑3 Rosette or Michelin level kitchens.
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure with strong leadership skills.
- Passion for seasonal, high‑quality ingredients.
